Veronica Diaz is a Miami native and Of Counsel with the Law Office of Christian Fong, P.A.
Veronica leverages her passion for business and entrepreneurship to help clients navigate the legal and regulatory complexities of Corporate Law, Privacy Law and Intellectual Property Law. Prior to joining the firm, Veronica gained professional legal experience while working at law firms that focused their practices in the areas of Employment Law, Family Law and Personal Injury Law.
Before deciding to attend law school, Veronica had built a career in business development, overseeing the operations, management and eventual sales of several start-up companies operating in the specialty food and service industry, as well as in the arts and entertainment industry. Veronica also ran her own boutique consulting company, where she provided strategic advice and guidance to clients, and assisted with the implementation of innovative business plans, negotiation of real estate transactions and management of business budgets.
Veronica holds a J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco and a B.A. in International Affairs and Business Marketing from Florida State University.
